Position Title: Remote Operations Assistant (Female)

Location: Remote – Work from Home
Employment Type: Full-Time

 

💼 Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, hotels, transfers, and tours.

• Prepare and verify travel itineraries, vouchers, and confirmations.

• Communicate with suppliers and partners to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.

• Handle client communication professionally via email, phone, and WhatsApp.

• Maintain and update booking records, invoices, and supplier payments.

• Support visa documentation, travel insurance, and passenger data processing.

• Monitor ongoing trips and assist in resolving any operational challenges.

• Provide administrative support and assist in preparing regular reports.
  
   

🧠Requirements:

• Female candidate only.

• Experience in a travel operations or administrative role (minimum 1 year preferred).

• Excellent command of English (Arabic is an advantage).

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Familiarity with booking systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or similar) is a plus.

• Reliable internet connection and a professional remote workspace.

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure with a positive attitude.

🎓 Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or Business Administration.

• Knowledge of international destinations, travel procedures, and supplier coordination.
