7 Days Nawroz Tour

Day 1:Erbil
Arrival at Erbil International Airport, meet and greet with our tour guide, transfer to the hotel for rest, tour starts in the afternoon, visit Erbil Citadel, Textile Mueseum, Mudhafariyah minaret and minaret Park and Jalil Khayat Mosque, have dinner in the Christian District. Hotel and overnight.
 
Day 2: Sulaymaniyah 
Tour starts at 08:00 AM, go to Sulaymaniyah, visit Jewish town of Koya on the way, ancient and crumbling caravanserai. On arrival to Sulaymaniyah, head to the Red Prison Museum, Central Bazar, Goyzha Mountain. Hotel and overnight. 
 
Day 3: Halabja
Tour starts at 08:00 AM, drive to Halabja and visit the memorial and mass grave sites of chemical attack by the Baathist regime, continue to Tawella on Iran Border, Ahemed Awa Waterfall. Hotel and overnight at Sulaymaniyah.
 
Day 4: Sulaymaniyah – Rawunduz
Tour starts at 08:00 AM, after Breakfast go to Dokan Lake, then visit the famous Hamilton Road, Bekhal Waterfall, continue to Soran. Hotel and overnight.
 
Day 5: Duhok
Tour starts 08:00 Am, Drive to Duhok and visit Shanidar Cave, Continue to Amadiya, then Qubahan School, Saddam Hussein’s former mountaintop palace, evening city tour at Duhok. Hotel and Overnight.
 
Day 6: Lalish – Akre
Tour starts at 08:00Am, after Breakfast visit Alqosh, visit Lalesh the Yazidi town, Jerwan Aqueduct, drive to Akre for Nowruz festival and firworks, drive back to Erbil. Hotel and overnight.  

Day 7: Erbil
Last minute Sovereigns shopping or Optional tour at the city of Erbil, Transfer to the airport for Departure.
